THE DESIGN PROCESS
How to get started
1 / Phone Consultation
A consultation starts the process of any new project. We’ll discuss your goals, timeline, and budget so that I have what I need to provide an estimate.
2 / Estimate
Following our consultation, a detailed scope of work, objectives, outcomes, task responsibility, and project estimate will be emailed to you to review and sign. Once it is signed and the deposit is received (50%), I’ll let you know the project timeline.
3 / Execution
Using the scope of work, designing and/or writing begins with care to make sure it aligns with your existing brand, referring to any corporate brand guidelines when appropriate. Collaboration is key therefore additional questions will likely come up.
4 / Launch
Once the design or text is finalized, I’ll provide all necessary files needed to launch your project. However, depending on the type of project, testing may be done before the final launch (i.e. newsletters and websites).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU WORK WITH ALL REAL ESTATE BRANDS?
Yes, I work with all real estate brands including Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Sotheby’s, etc. I have access the brand guidelines for most major brands and can also secure most logos. Through use of the brand guidelines, I can ensure that colors, fonts, and other styles are utilized accordingly.
ARE YOU A LICENSED AGENT?
Presently, no, however, I am studying for my Georgia license which I hope to have sometime in January 2025.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Because each client’s objectives are different, it is difficult to price certain projects such as social media design + management, newsletters, and website development. But no worries, after a free, 30-minute consultation to discuss your marketing goals, I can send you an estimate so you can make an informed decision.
IS THERE A CONTRACT OR A COMMITMENT?
Yes. The commitment to a project is mutually agreed upon and is clearly spelled out in a contract that is signed by you and I. This could include a monthly or annual commitment.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT TO GET STARTED?
Yes, in order to confirm your start date and commitment to the project, I require a 50% deposit before any work will begin. However, long-term projects require an initial deposit and are then billed monthly (i.e. social media).
DO I OWN THE WORK YOU CREATE FOR ME?
Absolutely, all final files created for you—not including the make-ready files—are yours and only yours. They will never be used for another client or brand. And you will always have access to it such as in the case of a website.
WHO WILL WRITE MY PROJECT?
Unless otherwise communicated, I will perform the writing on all projects including social media, newsletters, blog posts, and website.
DO YOU DESIGN LOGOS? WHAT KINDS OF THINGS DO YOU DESIGN?
While my most popular projects are social media, blog posts, email marketing (newsletters), and websites, I also design logos, flyers, brochures, business cards & stationery, paid Facebook and Instagram ads, and on occasion, signage. I also design and sell real estate-themed products in my Etsy store.
HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?
To get a quote, you’ll need to book a time to discuss your project goals and your budget. From there, I’ll outline what we discussed to ensure it’s accurate before writing up an estimate. It will outline the scope of work, objectives, outcomes, and who is responsible for what and will be emailed to you to review and sign. Once it is signed and the deposit (50%) is received, I’ll let you know the project timeline as well as the next steps.
