Do you work with all real estate brands?

Yes, I work with all real estate brands, including Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Sotheby’s, etc. Even local brands. For most major brands, I have access to the brand guidelines and can also secure most logos. Through the use of these guidelines, I can ensure that colors, fonts, and other styles are utilized accordingly.

Are you a licensed real estate agent?

Presently, no, however, I am studying for my Georgia license.

What is your process?

After your purchase is completed, a consultation starts the process of any new project. We’ll discuss your goals and timeline to develop a scope of work. Depending on what the service is, there may or may not be one.

Generally, I will develop a scope of work to outline what needs to be done and by who (you or me). Once I have everything I need, designing and/or writing begins with care to make sure it aligns with your existing brand, referring to any corporate brand guidelines when appropriate. Collaboration is key; therefore, additional questions will likely come up.

Once the design or text is finalized, I’ll provide all necessary files needed to launch your project. However, depending on the type of project, testing may be done before the final launch (i.e., newsletters and websites).

How much do you charge?

Most of my services are available right here in the online store, so you’ll find clear pricing listed for everything from email signatures to Red Day merch. No surprises—just straightforward pricing you can see up front.

That said, some services are a little too custom for one-size-fits-all pricing. Website design, site changes beyond the two KW upgrade packages I offer, and lead generation campaigns all vary depending on your specific goals and needs. For those, we’ll schedule a quick consultation, outline a Scope of Work, and then I’ll provide a personalized quote based on what’s best for you.

What if I don’t see the service I need on your website?

Great question! While I’ve listed the most popular services in my online store, the truth is, I do a lot more than what’s shown. With my background in advertising, marketing, and design, there’s a good chance I can help with whatever you need (with the exception of TikTok, radio, and TV… those I leave to the specialists!).

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts here. Just flexibility that works for you! For recurring services like monthly website maintenance or social media management, you’re free to cancel at any time to stop the next month’s automatic billing.

The only thing to keep in mind is that once a month has been paid for, it’s non-refundable since time and resources are already allocated to your project.

I want you to feel confident and in control, so everything is set up to be as straightforward and commitment-free as possible. If you ever have questions or need to make a change, just reach out!

Do I own the work you create for me?

Absolutely. All final files created for you—not including the make-ready or working files—are yours and only yours. They will never be reused for another client or brand, and you’ll always have full access to them.

In cases like websites or digital tools, any accounts I create on your behalf (such as TidyCal, WordPress, Google, etc.) will be set up in your name whenever possible, and all login credentials will be shared with you. My goal is to make sure you feel empowered and in control of everything I create for your business, because it belongs to you.

Who will write my project?

Unless otherwise communicated, I will perform the writing on all projects including social media, newsletters, blog posts, and website.

Do you design logos? What kinds of other things do you design?

While my most popular projects are social media, blog posts, email marketing (newsletters), and websites, I also design logos, flyers, brochures, business cards & stationery, paid Facebook and Instagram ads, and on occasion, signage. I also design and sell real estate-themed products in my Etsy store.
